Production time usually ranges from 3 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity and our current atelier schedule. We always provide an exact timeline once the design is approved.

Yes. After the initial proposal, we will guide you on how to take precise measurements of your dog (neck, chest, back length, etc.) to ensure a perfect and comfortable fit.

Most items are fully bespoke. However, some collar collections and simpler accessories may have limited stock or semi-custom options. The majority of our atelier work is made-to-order.

We design every piece with comfort in mind — lightweight fabrics, soft linings, and ergonomic cuts. Many dogs quickly adapt and even enjoy the attention! We’re happy to suggest simpler or lighter designs if needed.

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $75 USD. Your piece is carefully packed and shipped from Spain with tracking.

Once production begins, modifications are limited. We recommend finalizing all details during the approval stage. A deposit is usually required to start the process. Depending of the stage when you want to cancel the ordey, some fees may be applied.
