犬用首輪とリードの製作には、通常2～10日かかり、首輪の種類によっては1ヶ月かかる場合もあります。縫製なし：2～5日、縫製あり：5～7日、複雑な模様で大型サイズ：10～15日。当社の製品はすべて受注生産であり、段階的な製造技術が必要なため、各工程の間に一定の時間が必要です。サイズ調整や特定の犬種への適応のため、首輪やリードに特別なカスタマイズが必要な場合は、さらに数日かかることがあります。

当社の全製品は、お使いの犬種に合わせて調整したり、カスタマイズ（革、装飾）することができます。また、お揃いのアクセサリー（リード、ブレスレット、ウンチ袋など）をご要望に応じてご用意することも可能です。

First year. If anything fails through a fault in the materials or our work, we repair it — or replace the piece if it can't be repaired — at no cost. You cover shipping to the atelier; we cover shipping back to you.
After the first year. We keep repairing your piece for as long as it exists, still at no cost for the work. Shipping both ways is on you.
Send us a photo first at email and we'll tell you what we can do.
What's not covered: chewing, and the wear that comes from years of use. We can usually fix those too — just ask.
