Yes. Every item is made-to-order and never mass-produced. We work directly from your vision, photos of your dog, event details, and preferences to create a completely unique design.
How does the custom process work?
It’s simple and personal:
- You Dream – Share your idea, event date, breed photos, and mood.
- We Imagine – We create design proposals with sketches or AI visuals, plus a quote and timeline.
- You Approve – You review and request any adjustments.
- We Create – We handcraft the piece in our Spanish atelier and ship it worldwide.
What materials do you use?
We use only premium, high-quality materials: fine leathers, luxurious haute couture fabrics, delicate laces, tulle, and genuine Swarovski crystals. Comfort and elegance are equally important.
How long does it take to create a custom piece?
Production time usually ranges from 3 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity and our current atelier schedule. We always provide an exact timeline once the design is approved.
Do I need to provide measurements?
Yes. After the initial proposal, we will guide you on how to take precise measurements of your dog (neck, chest, back length, etc.) to ensure a perfect and comfortable fit.
How much does a custom piece cost?
Prices start at $499 USD for signature pieces like the Irigenius Wings coat. Full wedding dresses and complex Swarovski ensembles vary according to design, materials, and details. We provide a personalized quote after reviewing your request.
Do you offer ready-to-ship items?
Most items are fully bespoke. However, some collar collections and simpler accessories may have limited stock or semi-custom options. The majority of our atelier work is made-to-order.
What if my dog doesn’t like wearing clothes?
We design every piece with comfort in mind — lightweight fabrics, soft linings, and ergonomic cuts. Many dogs quickly adapt and even enjoy the attention! We’re happy to suggest simpler or lighter designs if needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $75 USD. Your piece is carefully packed and shipped from Spain with tracking.
Can I see examples or get inspiration before ordering?
Absolutely. You can browse our collections or request VIP access to our private gallery, where we showcase exclusive creations and use AI to generate personalized ideas based on your description.
Is it possible to cancel or modify an order?
Once production begins, modifications are limited. We recommend finalizing all details during the approval stage. A deposit is usually required to start the process. Depending of the stage when you want to cancel the ordey, some fees may be applied.
